Here's another head scratcher.

The DNR or Corp Of Engineers 25- to 35-years ago decided to straighten some stretches on this waterway for flood control and control of rough fish. They spent lots of money on this waterway and its west branch. They have zero easements on this "improved" area. There are five spillways on this main branch and four on the west branch.

I have caught so many trout below and above all nine of these spillways through the years and there are zero easements. I have permission on all nine. The west branch has brookies.
