SUAMICO — Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve Park will host a kayaking program beginning at 9 a.m. The group will meet at Barkhausen, 2024 Lakeview Drive, and then kayak on either the Suamico River or Duck Creek, depending on the weather.

The cost is $40 per person and $25 per child for those 16 and younger and all gear is provided. Call (920) 448-6242 only a handful of spots remain. The trips are among several throughout the summer that range from a leisurely scenic paddle to challenging ones in more exposed areas.
