Dylan Karnitz appears in court for bail reduction motion in Manitowoc: Represented by attorney Ralph Sczygelski, Dylan Karnitz of Manitowoc, 21, appeared in court for a bail reduction motion before Judge Gary Bendix on Wednesday, Apr. 10, 2013, in Manitowoc. Karnitz is accused of driving while intoxicated and speeding, which lead to an accident at the corner of N. 9th and Heron Streets at about 2:45 a.m. on Sunday, March 3. Christopher M. Mark of Manitowoc, 23, and Zachary Gates of Two Rivers, 24, were killed in the accident which also seriously injured 21-year-old John Prowls of Manitowoc and three passengers in Karnitz's vehicle.
