Abby Adler, 8, and Lily Adler, 4, ride their bikes daily across the highly trafficked bend on Highway Y headed east toward Adler Road to access the Nature Path Trail and sidewalks on Fifth Street. The small road shoulder and large guard rail make it difficult and unsafe for families to cross this street. Future signage and road markings could help drivers slow down and pay more attention as they make their way from Highway Y to Adler Road and on into the city. Contributed photo
